Every summer, LOF brings on a few paid staff members to consistently work our water skiing events from June to September. Staff members work most events and need to be consistently available to help Monday through Friday from around 8:30-3:30. No experience is necessary to work for LOF. You just need an open mind, a smile, and a love for the water. We provide ample training.

We offer many roles, including boat work, dock work, boat driving, managing skiers, photography, videography, and more. We always try to fit the right person into the roles they will do the best in. Its a fullfilling opportunity filled with smiles and fun.
